La Petite Retraite is a beautiful old fermette, situated in a peaceful setting in the rural farming community of Mouriez, a few kilometres from the market town of Hesdin.

The self-catering holiday accommodation is in three gîtes, all ideal for two people, (the largest gîte sleeps up to 6/8) or they can be booked together with family and friends.

This idyllic rural hideaway was a traditional 18th century barn diligently converted by it’s owner, a master craftsman, for nearly a decade, into a newly renovated luxury home, designed with the holiday guest in mind.

Our traditional family-run Gîte is a recently converted stone barn fully adapted for wheelchair access. It nestles in the peaceful rural Creuse countryside, surrounded by wildlife, lakes and forest.
