Originally converted as part of the TV programme “Homefront”, our B&B Barn near Banham in Norfolk (30 mins from Norwich and 40 mins from Bury St Edmunds) has been lovingly improved over the past 6 years into a substantial family home.

La Petite Retraite is a beautiful old fermette, situated in a peaceful setting in the rural farming community of Mouriez, a few kilometres from the market town of Hesdin.

Once forming part of the historic Gunton Hall Estate, the grounds of Nursery Farm include eight acres of woodland that visitors are free to explore. The owners live in the grade two listed brick and flint thatched farmhouse close to the cottages.

Our self-catering cottages have all been converted from the old farm buildings to provide luxury holiday accommodation whilst still retaining the charm and character of the original buildings.

The self-catering holiday accommodation is in three gîtes, all ideal for two people, (the largest gîte sleeps up to 6/8) or they can be booked together with family and friends.
